Oddly, mine came with someone's Autobit cd-rom in my drive. This thing ships to you new, with a new battery, charging brick(and it is a brick-paint it yellow if your from Kansas). All I found was the speakers volume was set too low in the bios. This is a recertified unit, so I expected some sort of bug with it. But, it has turned out to be a %^&*ing awesome deal. Overall Review: This could have been great. I wish all USB ports, and audio jacks got put in the back. I personally do not like the audio jacks where they are. I noticed more of a change with the bios setting, to be honest. You can also go into control panel> sound> under playback tab, click on speakers then properties> go to enhancements tab, then click loudness equalization. There is a speaker setting from 1-8, mine was default at 4. Reboot, when the Asus ROG screen pops up and it goes boom, hit the F2 key.
